The worklist screen enables you to perform a text search for all of the objects in your worklist. You can search in the source texts, or target texts, or both. You can decide whether your search is case-sensitive or not.
In the worklist screen, choose in the application bar.
This takes you to the Worklist: Text Search in Objects dialog box.
Enter your search criteria. If you want to perform a generic search, use the placeholder *.
The fields are flagged as case-sensitive by default. We recommend that you do not change this setting, to protect system performance. If you want to search for capitalized and lower-case versions of a text, replace the first letter with *.
Runtimes for generic text searches that are not case-sensitive are considerably longer. If you want to find the source text Dokument, for example, and want your text search to find Dokument and Handelsdokument, search for *okument and leave the Case-sensitive checkbox selected.
The system uses yellow highlights to indicate which objects contain the text you searched for.
You can double-click these highlighted objects individually to edit them.
If you want to edit the highlighted objects sequentially, choose .

The system searches for the text in the objects currently in your worklist, in accordance with the criteria you specified. Objects that satisfy your search criteria are highlighted in yellow.
If the text you are searching for is contained in a segmented object, the segments containing the text are also highlighted in yellow. For more information on segmented objects, see Translating Segmented Objects.
